- Pre-Order Process:
- By placing a pre-order from Dalkom Beauty, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this document.
- Pre-ordering guarantees that you will receive the product once it becomes available.
- Our pre-orders are processed on a batch basis. This means that we collect a certain number of pre-orders before initiating production or shipment.
- Please note that pre-order items may take up to 4 weeks to ship. The delivery timeline may vary depending on the size of the batch and production schedules.
- If the total of pre-orders does not the minimum amount, then we'll move your order to the next batch.
- Payment:
- Payment for pre-order products is due at the time of placing the order.
- Your payment will be processed immediately upon placing the pre-order.
- Prices for pre-order products are subject to change. If there is a price increase, you will not be charged any additional amount.
- Shipping and Delivery:
- Once the batch is ready, we will process shipments in the order that pre-orders were received. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your item has shipped.
- While we strive to meet the estimated delivery time, delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. shipping disruptions). We will notify you promptly if there are significant delays.
- Product Availability:
- While we strive to ensure that all pre-order products are available as scheduled, there may be instances where products become unavailable or discontinued.
- In the event that a pre-order product becomes unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.
- Cancellation and Refunds:
- Due to the nature of batch pre-orders, cancellations are not permitted once the order has been placed. By placing a pre-order, you agree to this no-cancellation policy.
- In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
