By shopping with Dalkom Beauty (referred to as "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

  • All products are sold for personal use only and not for resale.
  • We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Pricing & Product Availability

  • All prices are listed in Brunei Dollars (BND) and include relevant taxes unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to supplier cost changes, currency fluctuations, or external market factors.
  • In the event of product unavailability after your order is placed, we will contact you with options for refund or replacement.

3. Pre-Orders

  • Items marked as “Pre-Order” are not in stock and will be shipped or made available for collection once they arrive.
  • Estimated arrival dates are for reference only and may change due to supplier or shipping delays.
  • We allow partial payments for pre-orders to secure your item. The remaining balance must be settled before or during collection.
  • While we strive to ensure all pre-order items arrive as scheduled, there may be instances where products become unavailable or discontinued. If this occurs, you will be notified and issued a full refund.
  • Due to the nature of batch-based orders, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed. By confirming a pre-order, you agree to this no-cancellation policy.

4. Payments

We accept the following payment methods for both in-stock and pre-order items:
  • Cash (available only for self-pickup orders)
  • Bank Transfer (via BIBD or Baiduri)
  • Online Payment via our Shopify store using the CYBS payment gateway
Important Notes:
  • Cash payments are only accepted at the time of pickup.
  • Partial payment is available for pre-orders; full payment must be completed before or during item collection.
  • Payments must be completed within the agreed timeframe. Orders may be cancelled if payment is not received.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

  • In-stock items are non-refundable once the order is confirmed, unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receipt.
  • Pre-orders are strictly non-cancellable once placed, due to the nature of batch processing.
  • If a pre-order item becomes unavailable (e.g. supplier discontinues it), we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • We do not accept refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases once an order is confirmed.
  • We do not maintain a separate Refund Policy page; all refund-related terms are governed under this section.

6. Delivery & Pickup

  • Local delivery is available within Brunei at a flat rate of BND $4, with an estimated timeframe of 2–4 working days.
  • Self-pickup is available at Sunway Centre, Bandar Seri Begawan, during the following hours:
  • Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

7. Privacy

  • We are committed to protecting your personal information. All customer data, including your name, contact details, and order history, is used solely for order processing, communication, and customer service purposes.
  • We do not share or sell your information to third parties. Your data is securely stored and handled in accordance with general privacy standards.
